Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain terms, what data this site processes, for what purpose, and what your rights are as a data subject, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

Who controls this data

The data controller for the personal data processed on this site is MVAS Tecnologia, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 51.146.027/0001-28, based in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

What data this site processes

This site has no database, requires no login or sign-up, and has no forms of any kind, so it does not collect data through any of those.

The only data involved comes from two sources: aggregated audience metrics (Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Umami), which use no cookies and do not identify individual visitors; and the technical access logs kept by the hosting provider (IP address and user agent), generated automatically by any web server.

Umami is an analytics tool running on MVAS Tecnologia's own self-hosted instance: it is not a third-party analytics service. It is served from this site's own domain and records three things: page views, which sections of the page appeared on screen, and clicks on the contact buttons (so we know which one conversations start from). It builds no visitor profile, does not follow you across other sites, and does not store your IP address: it uses it only transiently, to infer the country and to generate a session identifier that is discarded daily.

Cookies

This site does not use its own cookies. The three metrics tools mentioned above (Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Umami) work without cookies and store nothing in your browser, so no consent banner is required for them.

Contact by email and WhatsApp

This site's contact channels (shown in the footer) are an email link (mailto) and a WhatsApp link (wa.me). Clicking either one takes you off this site: the conversation happens in your own email or WhatsApp app, and this site never receives, stores, or processes the content of those messages.

Legal bases for processing

Data processing on this site relies on two legal bases under the LGPD:

  • Legitimate interest: to generate aggregated, anonymous audience metrics used to understand how the site is used.
  • Pre-contractual dealings: when you reach out to request a consultation or ask a question.

Sharing and international transfer

This site is hosted on Vercel Inc., a United States company, which keeps technical access logs (IP address and user agent) as part of normal infrastructure operation: this constitutes an international data transfer for hosting purposes.

Umami's metrics never leave infrastructure under MVAS Tecnologia's control: the instance is self-hosted and the script is served from this site's own domain, so your browser connects to no external domain in order to be measured.

Outside the hosting provider, MVAS Tecnologia does not sell, share, or otherwise disclose the data processed on this site to third parties.

Data retention

MVAS Tecnologia keeps no database of this site's visitors. Technical access logs remain under the custody of the hosting infrastructure (Vercel), per the provider's own policies; Umami's metrics stay on the self-hosted instance, always aggregated and never identifying who visited.

Messages exchanged by email or WhatsApp follow the retention rules of whichever app you use to send them: outside this site's control.

Your rights as a data subject

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you have the right to:

  • Confirmation that your data is being processed
  • Access to the data processed
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
  • Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data
  • Portability of your data to another provider
  • Information about who your data is shared with
  • Withdrawal of consent, where applicable

To exercise any of these rights or ask questions about this policy, get in touch through the channels shown in this site's footer.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date at the top of this page marks the version currently in effect.
